Who we are:

As the German subsidiary company of the well-established manufacturer Musashi Engineering, Inc. in Tokyo, we at Musashi Engineering Europe GmbH are providing dispensing machinery for industrial and research applications. Our robots and dispensers are being used within a great variety of contexts: from medical and bioengineering technology via chemical manufacturing, electronic and automotive production all the way to aerospace labs, with even a large-scale pastry maker thrown in occasionally. Our customers are situated anywhere in Europe and beyond. They include well-known corporations whose products are household names as well as little start-ups and everything in-between.

At Musashi Engineering we take pride in working out solutions where other machinery providers have given up. We understand that every application comes with its specific demands on machinery, surrounding conditions and support. Therefore, we seek to find dispensing solutions for almost any application – and in providing sufficient support to make sure our customers can use our products in the way that is most efficient for them. Who we are looking for:

The full-time position we are offering is ideal for a team player with strong communication skills and a sound technical background. An academic degree in machinery engineering, chemistry or related fields is appreciated but not as vital as good problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. The successful applicant will work closely with Japanese engineers seconded from HQ in Tokyo, so a fluency in both English and German is necessary for the position. Japanese language skills are advantageous, but not mandatory.

Musashi Engineering Europe GmbH maintains a spacious in-house lab to conduct tests and training-sessions for customers in Munich. However, this post also includes regular travelling (10-30%) within Germany, Europe and sometimes beyond.

Tasks in detail:

  • Conducting tests with Musashi machinery according to customers’ requirements.
  • Configuration and programming of machinery according to customers’ requirements.
  • Documentation of these tests and explanation to customers, if necessary.
  • Conducting training-sessions for distributors or end-customers at our in-house lab or at customers’ sites.
  • Providing technical support at customers’ sites.
